Job summary

World 50 Group in Buckhead, Atlanta is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support Talent Acquisition and HR operations in a fast-growing environment. You will manage end-to-end recruiting, screen candidates, coordinate interviews across time zones, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while advising hiring managers.

This role requires strong collaboration with the Global People and Culture Team, meticulous data management in HRIS, and compliance with Georgia and federal laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist role with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability in HR tasks.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, from intake to offer and closing.
• Source and pipeline candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen candidates via phone and behavioral interviews to assess fit and competencies.
• Coordinate interview logistics across time zones and prepare interview guides.
