Job summary

The role ensures consistent application of HR policies and acts as a liaison to other departments and experts.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; MS/MA preferred in some areas.
• Experience coaching managers on employee relations and performance matters.
• Experience conducting investigations.
• Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, etc.
• Workday experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong organization/prioritization skills.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is nice to have.
• Must live in the Nashville area.

Responsibilities

• Administers core HR programs including staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Consults with management on interpretation and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Investigates and resolves associate relations issues.
• Oversees staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and reference checks.
