Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to provide broad HR support at our manufacturing plant in Georgia. You will partner with site leadership on recruitment, onboarding, policy interpretation, benefits, and employee relations to enable a productive workplace.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities as we scale operations and ensure compliance with federal and state standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in employee relations and full-cycle recruiting in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices and federal/state employment law.
• Proven ability to coach employees and management through complex issues.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment process including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment checks.
• Source candidates via traditional and nontraditional channels (career fairs, online events, community networks) to attract quality candidates.
• Oversee new hire onboarding, including entry into ADP.
• Plan and conduct new hire orientation programs.
• Process employment changes in ADP.
• Provide HR support on leave, policy interpretation, benefits, and pay.
• Communicate with management and staff to address issues and concerns.
• Partner with HR Manager to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events.
• Manage HR and Safety LMS training.
• Complete HR projects as assigned.
