Job summary

GN Group is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support our large Operations division with onboarding, training, engagement, and culture initiatives. This role works onsite with a hybrid schedule, serving as a trusted HR partner across multiple departments and shifts.

You will manage high-volume onboarding, employee relations, policy interpretation, and data accuracy in HR systems while supporting workforce planning and performance management efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple shifts.
• Ability to interpret and consistently administer policies including employee relations matters.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and data integrity practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR contact for day-to-day support across shifts.
• Partner with managers to support performance management and employee relations.
• Support onboarding, training, engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Maintain job descriptions and collaborate on workforce planning and compensation analysis.
