We're actively building our network of experienced HR Generalists for a variety of contract and contract-to-hire opportunities across the DFW area. These roles offer exposure to the full spectrum of HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. Ideal for HR professionals who enjoy being hands-on and making an impact across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Comfortable working 100% onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforces a plus
