Job summary

Nash Harbor Solutions in Falls Church, VA seeks an HR Coordinator to deliver hands-on HR support across recruiting, onboarding, records, training, and compliance in a federal contracting setting.

You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources, maintain accurate employee files, and help manage HR processes with discretion and professionalism. The role blends administrative tasks with recruiting support in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR administration, or comparable administrative support.
• Experience using HRIS/ATS/LMS systems (preferably ADP WFN).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition — post positions, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support recruiting.
• Onboarding & Offboarding — initiate background checks, coordinate new-hire paperwork and orientations, assist with separations.
• HR Operations & Records — maintain employee files and ADP Workforce Now records, process routine changes, ensure accurate documentation.
• Compliance Support — track documentation, certifications, and acknowledgments; support GovCon compliance and audits.
• Benefits Support — assist employees with enrollment and benefits questions.
• Performance & Training Administration — coordinate performance management and LMS assignments in ADP Workforce Now.
• HR Reporting — run routine HR reports and maintain HRIS data integrity.
• General Office Support — assist with office coordination, mail, supplies, and conference room scheduling.
