Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding: posts, screen, interview, onboard new employees.
• Employee relations: guidance on HR issues, conflict resolution, engagement.
• Performance management: set goals, conduct reviews, development plans.
• Compliance: ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• HR policies: review and update policies to align with goals and laws.
• Training and development: identify needs and coordinate programs.
• HR administration: manage records, reports, and admin tasks.
