Job summary

Pro-Play Games is seeking a Human Resources Representative to support HR operations across the store and events organization. This hybrid Miami-based role collaborates with the HR & Operations Manager to assist managers and employees, maintain records, and ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, and scalable.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and has at least two years of HR experience, with onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of professional HR experience supporting multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, HR support requests, and confidential recordkeeping.
• Working knowledge of employment practices, workplace policies, and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience helping employees and managers by answering routine HR questions and escalating sensitive matters.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Coordinate day‑to‑day HR priorities with the HR & Operations Manager and maintain response timelines.
• Team Support: Guide the HR Associate, assist with onboarding new HR team members, and improve department efficiency.
• Employee & Manager Support: Advise on routine HR questions, document coaching, and manage relations with escalation when needed.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Support candidate review, interview scheduling, and onboarding readiness.
• HR Systems & Administration: Work with ADP Workforce Now, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace; audit and file records.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and help implement new HR workflows and templates.
