The role focuses on employee lifecycle, audits, and payroll accuracy in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to assist recruiting and internal communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR, payroll, administrative, or related experience
• Associate degree, HR certification, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP or Gusto preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle sensitive financial and employee data with discretion

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and required documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and internal systems
• Support payroll processing, timekeeping reviews, and data validation
• Assist with audits and compliance with wage and hour regulations
• Post job openings, track applicants, and schedule interviews
• Support employee communications, training sessions, and events
• Prepare HR and payroll-related reports and track metrics
