Propark Mobility is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Hartford-based team in a hybrid role. You will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries, assist with onboarding and background checks, and help maintain HRIS data and employee files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• General knowledge of HR principles and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing support via phone and ticket system
• Assist with onboarding, pre-employment checks (WOTC, drug testing, background checks), and employee experience administration
• Help with employee relations, including investigations and complaints
• Manage employment verifications and unemployment claims through ADP Case Builder
• Maintain and audit electronic employee files and HRIS data for accuracy
• Support compliance audits and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors
