Qualifications

• 2–3 years of administrative, customer service, data entry, scheduling, HR support, and event coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; HR internships add value.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and pre-employment activities to ensure compliance and smooth start.
• Enter and maintain employee data in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and privacy.
• Manage the HR mailbox and respond to Level 1–2 inquiries on benefits and policies.
• Support compliance reporting and HR data audits.
• Assist with workers' compensation documentation and tracking.
• Support offboarding and exit surveys with HR Generalist input.
• Provide general HR admin support and help coordinate recognition programs.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to improve processes and efficiency.
