Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an HR Coordinator to support key talent initiatives and help deliver an exceptional employee and candidate experience in a hybrid work environment.

You will coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment logistics from outreach to onboarding, manage communications and travel, maintain recruiting data in an ATS (Workday knowledge preferred), prepare reports, assist with offers and onboarding, and support performance cycle activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting coordination or HR support experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Polished written and verbal communication.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment logistics from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Manage candidate communications, travel arrangements, and in-office interview experiences.
• Maintain recruiting data, requisitions, candidate activity, and documentation within an applicant tracking system.
• Prepare reports and track hiring metrics to keep stakeholders informed on search progress.
• Assist with offer administration, background screening, and orientation scheduling for new hires.
• Support performance review cycles through scheduling, materials preparation, system administration, and reporting.
• Process recruiting-related invoices and provide additional support for talent initiatives as needed.
