Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of Workday experience, strong communication, and high attention to detail, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and timely HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with Workday.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update employee records accurately in the HRIS.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure day-one readiness.
• Support field operations with HR policy guidance and inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with I-9s, licenses, and certifications.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Recruiting on initiatives.
