Easter Seals Superior CA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support everyday HR operations and help ensure smooth, compliant people processes across the organization's mission and services.

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, this hybrid role in Sacramento coordinates recruiting and onboarding, supports timekeeping and training compliance, and helps maintain accurate personnel records.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, public administration, or related field.
• Equivalent relevant work experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment activities, verify qualifications, conduct references, coordinate background screenings, communicate offers, maintain hiring documentation.
• Manage new hire onboarding: assign tasks, coordinate IT access, collect employment documents, conduct orientation, ensure policy training compliance.
• Review timesheets for accuracy, coordinate corrections, process approvals, resolve discrepancies, ensure timely submissions.
