Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in professional HR/TA support (internships and recruiting positions in school organizations/philanthropies will be considered)
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook calendar functionality
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to teamwork and a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and coordination for high volume candidate interviews
• Support event/training planning and logistics
• Coordinate new employee onboarding
• Update HRIS and ATS with candidate/employee information and status
• Ad hoc reporting and projects as required
