Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with HR-related coursework.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with personal and protected information.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Successful completion of all pre-employment testing required by Holland, L.P.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with compliance, recruiting, onboarding, training, and benefits projects.
• Support full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, coordinating onboarding.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS data; generate reports.
• Assist in building training materials and onboarding travel arrangements.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
