Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support U.S. operations across multiple business leaders.

This hybrid role focuses on employee relations, talent development, compensation and benefits, organizational change, and HR strategy implementation in compliance with employment laws and company policies. The HRBP will partner with leaders at various levels to drive people analytics, workforce planning, and performance management, while coaching managers and promoting HR

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Experience partnering with leadership at multiple organizational levels.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on employee lifecycle matters and HR solutions.
Support employee relations, talent development, compensation, and benefits initiatives.
Drive organizational change, workforce planning, and people analytics.
Coach managers on performance, talent retention, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Collaborate with global HR teams to implement HR strategies and programs.
Promote manager self-service tools and HR best practices.
