Job summary

Advocates is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management across designated service lines. The role partners with the HR function to deliver value-added services and maintain business literacy of operations, plans, and culture.

This hybrid position requires travel to various office locations and supports Employee Experience initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in HR (employee relations/investigations) are required, with SHRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR specific to Employee Relations & Investigations.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential preferred.
• Travel between sites with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HRBP for a designated service line, handling employee relations and investigations.
• Provide day-to-day HR generalist support to leaders and staff.
• Collaborate with HR teams on benefits, recruitment, training, and career advancement.
• Develop HR solutions by collecting information and recommending actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
