Zusammenfassung

Cushing Terrell is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as the day-to-day HR contact for people managers, project managers, and employees within an assigned client group. This hybrid or in-office role collaborates closely with the Senior HR Manager on coaching, development, and organizational design.

You will support performance management, employee relations, onboarding, and reporting. You will help integrate employees from acquisitions and contribute to HR projects turning manual

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple states and geographies.
• Working knowledge of core HR disciplines including performance management, employee relations, onboarding, federal employment law and multi-state compliance.
• Discretion with confidential information and strong written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft 365 including Excel for reporting.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees in your client group and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, check-ins, reviews, and talent calibration.
• Guide managers on feedback, documentation, and development conversations.
• Handle routine employee relations matters with empathy, apply policies consistently, and support investigations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations on hiring and onboarding and check in with new hires through their first 90 days.
• Assist with integration of employees from acquired firms, including Day 1 onboarding and benefits enrollment communications.
• Pull and summarize ADP Workforce Now reports on headcount, turnover, and performance cycle completion.
• Support multi-state compliance, internal mobility, and change communications; route compensation and leave questions appropriately.
