Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks an HR Business Partner to support HR activities across assigned properties in a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. The role covers recruitment, associate relations, compensation, benefits administration and compliance within established policies.

You will partner with HR Corporate, manage onboarding and offboarding, and participate in annual benefits enrollment and performance evaluations. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong ethics and professional conduct.
• Ability to participate in meetings and projects.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory guidelines (HR-related).

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR contact for assigned properties and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements (FMLA, EEO, FCRA, etc.).
• Support associate relations, handbook communications and investigations.
• Assist population and maintenance of the HRIS.
• Coordinate training, benefits enrollment and performance evaluations.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and exit processes.
• Visit assigned properties as required.
