• Experienced HRBP with strong business acumen and influencing operators
• Data-driven with metrics to shape recommendations
• Proven ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution

Responsibilities

• Partner with and challenge branch manager on workforce and job planning, employee relations, performance management and workplace practices
• Use workforce data and metrics to build business cases and drive recommendations
• Own hands-on execution, including offer letters, recruiting support and HRIS upkeep
• Act as a culture carrier across a geographically dispersed, multi-state team
