Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager in Atlanta. You will build strategic HR solutions, guide leadership on talent planning, and collaborate with COEs to optimize global HR programs.

Hybrid work arrangement supports coordination with regional and international partners. The role requires strong experience in HR strategy, management, and HR systems like Workday, with a focus on succession planning and talent development.

Qualifications

• Requires location in the same geographic area as the job (Atlanta).
• Must report to the Atlanta office on a hybrid basis.
• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent; UPS internal candidates with minimum experience acceptable.
• Minimum three years of management experience and HR experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with HR systems (Workday).

Responsibilities

• Support the strategic relationship between HR and the enterprise to define business challenges.
• Translate business needs into focused HR initiatives and programs.
• Lead research, design, and deployment of HR strategies across districts/countries/functions.
• Coach HRBP Supervisors and mid-managers; manage talent optimization initiatives.
• Partner with COEs and HR Shared Services to ensure policy compliance and program effectiveness.
