Job summary

CFS in New York's nonprofit sector seeks an HR Reporting Specialist to turn workforce data into actionable insights for leadership, compliance, and mission impact. Hybrid in Downtown Manhattan, you’ll own UKG Pro (UltiPro) reporting, Excel dashboards, and Power BI visuals, validating data, and analyzing staffing, retention, and labor utilization for strategic decisions.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and operations to improve data quality and reporting reliability across programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, or data administration.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) or a comparable HRIS platform.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, and data cleaning techniques.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate recurring and ad hoc workforce reports from UKG Pro (UltiPro) and related HR systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Validate workforce data accuracy, consistency, and completeness for reporting and compliance needs.
• Analyze staffing, recruitment, retention, and labor utilization trends for HR leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address reporting needs and improve data integrity.
