Job summary

Spectrum Association Management is seeking an Association Coordinator to become the face of our organization, coordinating between boards, homeowners, and vendors. You will own tasks and projects with a customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving ability while supporting multiple communities.

You will receive mentoring, in-house training, and ongoing education to advance into HOA management across states. A stable, growth‑oriented role with structured career development awaits.

Qualifications

• At least six years of professional work or related experience in administrative duties.
• High-level organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to catch on to other business computer systems.
• Strong customer-friendly and informative communication skills.
• Some experience with financial statements and budgets.
• Comfortable facilitating board meetings on request.
• Great conflict management skills in stressful situations.
• Experience gathering bids and managing projects for communities.

Responsibilities

• Passionately live our Same Day Response Policy.
• Engage with board members and homeowners in communities.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of small associations.
• Plan for and facilitate association board and annual meetings.
• Vendor relations, including bidding and project management.
• Consult with other departments to support communities.
• Risk management, insurance, and litigation support.
• Prepare budgets and manage association finances.
• Occasional after-hour emergencies.
