Job summary

Spectrum Association Management is seeking an Association Coordinator in Plano, TX. This role is the face of the organization to boards, homeowners, and vendors, with broad responsibilities across administration, budgeting, and project management.

You will learn our HOA management platform and participate in an extensive internal education program, including mentoring and a six-month review. A strong customer service mindset and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional work or related experience in administrative duties.
• High-level organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience and knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to catch on to other business computer systems.
• Strong customer-friendly and informative communication skills.
• Some experience and knowledge of financial statements and budgets.
• Comfortable with facilitating board meetings when requested by the boards.
• Great conflict management skills in sometimes stressful situations.
• Experience with gathering bids for small to large projects and management of those projects for the community.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of JellyBird/Spectrum Association Management to boards, homeowners, and vendors.
• Manage a portfolio of small associations with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Plan and facilitate association board and annual meetings.
• Oversee vendor relations, bidding, and project management.
• Assist with budgets and financial management for associations.
• Provide support across departments and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
