Job summary

Spectrum Association Management is seeking an Association Coordinator in Texas. This role focuses on onboarding into property and HOA community management with a year-long training track and mentor support.

You’ll engage with boards, homeowners, and vendors while learning to run portfolios of communities. The position emphasizes customer service, organization, and ownership, with opportunities to advance as you gain industry knowledge in our education-based program.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of administrative/clerical experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with financial statements and budgeting basics.
• Comfortable facilitating board meetings and taking meeting notes.
• Experience bidding and managing small to large community projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for multiple associations.
• Plan and facilitate board and annual meetings.
• Maintain vendor relationships and lead project management efforts.
• Support other departments with community-related needs.
