Spectrum Association Management, Inc seeks motivated professionals to transition into community and HOA management with industry-leading education. The one-year training starts immediately, followed by a mentorship program to develop expertise within three years.

Ideal backgrounds include retail, hospitality, administration, and operations, with 8–10 years of professional experience. The role emphasizes customer service, vendor management, budgets, and strong communication.

Formación

• Approximately ten (8+) years of solid work experience.
• Ability to attend or run evening meetings (usually 30-40 per year).
• High-level organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to catch on to other business computer systems.
• Strong customer-friendly and informative communication skills.
• Some experience and knowledge of financial statements and budgets.
• Comfortable with public speaking in small and large meetings.
• Strong conflict management skills in stressful situations.
• Experience with gathering bids for large projects and management of those projects.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with board members and homeowners in your community.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations.
• Plan for and facilitate association board meetings and annual meetings.
• Vendor relations, including bidding and project management processes.
• Consult with other departments in support of your communities.
• Risk management, insurance, and litigation support.
• Prepare budgets and manage the finances of the associations.
• Must be available for after-hours emergencies.
