Job summary

Spectrum Association Management, Inc. is seeking an Association Coordinator to serve as the face of the organization, coordinating between HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors with ownership of tasks and projects. You will be a customer service champion managing portfolios and vendor relationships.

You will undergo a comprehensive year-long training program with mentorship, learning to navigate HOA laws and expand into other states as needed, building a solid career track in community management.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional experience in administrative duties.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle vendor relations and bids for projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations.
• Mentor for board and annual meetings.
• Assist with vendor relations, bidding and project management.
• Prepare budgets and monitor finances for associations.
