Job summary

Spectrum Association Management is hiring a Community Manager to serve as the face of our organization, managing multiple homeowner associations across Texas and Phoenix. You will own tasks from vendor management to board liaison and budgeting, with a strong emphasis on customer service and ownership.

The role blends remote work with in-office collaboration, supported by mentors and a structured learning academy to develop leadership in HOA management.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional experience in roles requiring proactive effort and decisions.
• Ability to attend or run evening meetings (30-40 per year).
• High-level organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn new systems and manage budgets and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HOA board, homeowners, and vendors.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations.
• Plan and facilitate association board and annual meetings.
• Oversee vendor relations, bidding, and project management.
• Prepare budgets and manage association finances.
• Respond to after-hour emergencies as needed.
