Qualifications

• Approximately eight to ten years of solid work experience.
• Experience in customer service, administration, communication, and budgets is helpful.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Live our Same Day Response Policy daily.
• Engage with board members and homeowners.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for multiple associations.
• Plan and facilitate board and annual meetings.
• Oversee vendor relations and project management.
• Coordinate with other departments and support risk management, insurance, and litigation.
• Prepare budgets and manage the finances of the associations.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies.
