Responsibilities

Live our Same Day Response Policy daily.
Engage with board members and homeowners.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for multiple associations.
Plan and facilitate board and annual meetings.
Oversee vendor relations and project management.
Coordinate with other departments and support risk management, insurance, and litigation.
Prepare budgets and manage the finances of the associations.
Be available for after-hours emergencies.
