Spectrum Association Management seeks a Community Manager in Plano, TX, to oversee a portfolio of homeowners associations. The role emphasizes strong customer service, vendor relations, and financial oversight, with a year-long training path and mentorship to develop industry expertise.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of professional experience in roles requiring initiative and decision-making.
• Customer service, administration, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, or vendor management experience are valued.
• Experience with budgets, financials, insurance, legal matters and vendor management is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with board members and homeowners in your community.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations.
• Plan for and facilitate association board meetings and annual meetings.
• Vendor relations, including bidding and project management.
• Consult with other departments in support of your communities.
• Risk management, insurance, and litigation support.
• Prepare budgets and manage the finances of the associations.
• Must be available for after-hour emergencies.
• Plus, additional tasks, as necessary.
