Job summary

Spectrum Association Management is seeking a Community Manager in Texas to join our education-driven program. You will receive a full year of training, mentoring, and hands-on practice to become an HOA expert in three years.

The role emphasizes client service, vendor coordination, and budget oversight within a collaborative culture. You will work closely with boards, homeowners, and department teams, handling meetings, emergency support, and multi-community portfolios.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solid work experience.
• Attend or run evening meetings (30-40 per year).
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Public speaking in small and large meetings.
• Experience with gathering bids for large projects and management of those projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with board members and homeowners in your community.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations.
• Plan for and facilitate association board meetings and annual meetings.
• Vendor relations, including the bidding and project management process.
• Prepare budgets and manage the finances of the associations.
