Job summary

Spectrum Association Management seeks a Community Manager to be the face of the organization, owning relationships with HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors while delivering outstanding service. You will manage multiple communities, attend and run meetings, and drive budgets, risk management, and projects with a customer-centric, ownership mindset in a hybrid Plano-based role.

Qualifications

• Approximately ten (8+) years of solid work experience.
• Ability to attend or run evening meetings (usually 30-40 per year).
• High-level organizational skills in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience gathering bids for large projects and managing those projects.
• Strong customer-friendly and informative communication skills.
• Familiarity with budgets and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HOA board, homeowners, and vendors.
• Plan and facilitate association board meetings and annual meetings.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations.
• Oversee vendor relations and project management.
• Support other departments with community needs.
• Provide risk management, insurance, and litigation support.
• Ensure after-hours emergency availability.
