Qualifications

• Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support
• Office 365 and corporate application support
• Strong communication skills
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS operating systems
• 4+ years with HS, 2+ with AS, or BS (IT support related)
• B.S. in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience/certifications
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support for internal and external customers
• Monitor the support email and phone line to manage requests in Service Desk Plus
• Install, diagnose, and perform minor repairs to computer hardware and peripherals
