Job summary
Koniag Data Solutions, LLC seeks a Part-Time Help Desk Technician with a Secret clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident resolution, and hands-on support for end-user devices, while ensuring IA compliance. Candidates will work within O365/Windows environments and VMware VDI setups, serving as Tier II support and assisting with Army and Classified IT needs as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in desktop support and incident resolution.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and VDI environments.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common IT apps.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware peripherals and network basics.
Responsibilities
- Perform touch labor, troubleshooting, and software installations for end-user devices (printers, monitors, keyboards, mice, etc.).
- Serve as Tier II incident/ problem resolution point of contact.
- Maintain IA requirements for devices and systems.
- Configure system components and peripherals to support the operating environment.
- Assist with Army environment and Classified IT support as needed.
