MEDITECH in Massachusetts is seeking a Customer Support & Training specialist for Canton or Westwood. This full-time hybrid role blends in-office and remote work, with 20–30% travel to client sites.

You will troubleshoot customer software and system issues, serve as the primary client contact, and coordinate education and training at both MEDITECH and customer sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred or equivalent training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer software and system problems.

• Process requests for software enhancements and system changes.
• Communicate with customers by phone, mail, fax, and email.
• Provide customer education at MEDITECH and at client sites.
