Job summary

MEDITECH is seeking an International Client Services professional to act as the primary face for global customers. You will coordinate between clients and MEDITECH developers to advocate for enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations across healthcare settings abroad.

The role involves travel, hybrid work, and education responsibilities for customers and colleagues alike, with a compensation range currently published and benefits described by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or applicable training, education, or customer service experience, and/or related military experience.
• International Business degree or travel abroad experience a plus, but not required
• Financial, healthcare administrative experience and clinical exposure is a plus, but not required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Travel required with access to personal credit card for expenses; reimbursement per guidelines
• Vaccination may be required when traveling to a customer site unless exempt per policy

Description

As a member of our International Client Services team, you will serve as the primary face of MEDITECH for our customers around the globe. You will play a critical role in fostering successful, long-term partnerships byfacilitating communication between our international customers and MEDITECH’s internal development staff to advocate for financial and administrative software enhancements and modifications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, researching, and resolving system issues and gaining first‑hand insight into healthcare operations abroad. As a member of our International Client Services team, your job would involve:

• This is a position that involves extensive travel. In order to fulfill that requirement, you must have access to a personal credit card (or the ability to obtain one) to manage initial expenses incurred during business travel. The company provides timely and complete reimbursement for all approved expenses as outlined in our travel reimbursement guidelines.
• You may be required to show proof of vaccination when traveling to a customer site unless you have an approved medical or religious exemption.

Hiring salary range: $54,000- $66,000 per year.

Actual salary will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
