Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience preferred
• Six Sigma/Lean/Change Management or Agile certifications preferred
• 6+ years leading enterprise‑level process transformation programs in financial services preferred
• 3+ years data mining and analytical software (Minitab, Tableau, SQL, R, Snowflake) preferred
• 6+ years experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office preferred
• 2+ years implementing AI‑driven automation, LLMs, or digital transformation solutions preferred

Aufgaben

• Lead transformation teams from scoping through implementation and handoff
• Direct, mentor, and develop a team of Process Associates and Managers
• Evaluate technologies, analytics, and AI to modernize workflows
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted workflows
• Partner with executives to define and execute transformation initiatives
• Oversee cross‑functional end‑to‑end process redesigns using Lean, Six Sigma, and design thinking
• Deliver data‑driven presentations and roadmaps to C‑suite stakeholders
• Lead change management strategies for adoption and sustainability
• Establish KPIs and governance to measure portfolio impact
• Certifications: Prosci or equivalent Change Management (required)
