Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience required.
• At least 5 years of Project Management or Program Management experience, including leading business transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop concise decision-oriented updates for senior leaders.
• Drive clear, consistent portfolio communications and risk updates.
• Identify connections and overlaps across initiatives for enterprise alignment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early; drive mitigation.
• Establish clear decision ownership and input requirements; translate decisions into action.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with milestones and outcomes.
• Anticipate upcoming needs, decisions, risks, and organizational impacts.
• Identify AI opportunities, prioritize, and advance from idea to implementation.
• Provide visibility into the AI portfolio with standardized reporting and analytics.
• Continuously improve delivery with new tools, AI capabilities, and practices.
