Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in its Process Transformation team. You will bridge executive strategy and hands-on execution, coaching a team of professionals and leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-enabled tooling to drive efficiency and improved client experiences.

You’ll present data-driven roadmaps to senior leadership, guide change management, and ensure sustainable outcomes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in process improvement, business transformation, or management consulting.
• 5+ years managing projects and deliverables; 4+ years direct people management.
• Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management or Agile certification preferred; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact transformation initiatives from scoping to implementation.
• Direct and develop a team of Process Associates and Managers.
• Leverage analytics and AI-driven automation to modernize workflows.
• Identify AI-assisted opportunities to accelerate processes and ensure audit-readiness.
• Partner with executives to define and execute a portfolio of initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end redesigns using Lean, Six Sigma, and design thinking.
• Present data-driven roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders to secure buy-in.
• Lead change management strategies for sustainable adoption.
