Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with relevant hardware security experience.
• Experience leading security initiatives and mentoring engineers as a technical leader.
• Background in hardware development (schematics, PCB layouts, datasheets) or similar.
• Background in hardware security fundamentals (RoT, Secure Boot, cryptographic primitives, secure key storage).

Responsibilities

• Provide security guidance to hardware teams and translate standards to requirements.
• Lead multiple parallel security initiatives across product families.
• Document security requirements, reference architectures and implementation guides for engineers.
• Educate hardware design teams to foster a security-first culture.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure HW-CSDL compliance.
