Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Manager, GTM Engineering to lead a high-performing GTM Engineering pod within Professional Services. You will own capacity, delivery quality, and the commercial success of complex enterprise engagements.

The role partners with Sales, Product, and leadership to scope, staff, and deliver high-impact projects. You will mentor senior engineers, drive staffing and onboarding, and set standards for design, documentation, testing, and enablement across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Formal project/program management training (PMP, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
• 5+ years leading engineering or professional services in enterprise environments.
• Experience partnering with Sales on scoping, pricing, and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing GTM Engineering pod, owning capacity and delivery quality.
• Set delivery standards and staffing strategy across engagements.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and leadership to scope and staff complex engagements.
• Manage day-to-day operations, escalation handling, and customer relationships.
• Drive hiring, leveling decisions, and professional development for the team.
