ZoomInfo is seeking a Manager, GTM Engineering within the Professional Services arm to lead a high-performing pod of senior GTM engineering and consulting talent, owning capacity, quality, and commercial performance of the GTM Engineering professional services sub-discipline.

You will set technical delivery standards, drive staffing strategy, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and practice leadership to ensure complex enterprise build engagements are scoped, staffed, and delivered

Competenze

• 8-10+ years in solutions engineering, tech consulting, or professional services.
• 3+ years of people leadership.
• Proven track record building and growing teams in enterprise delivery.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a high-performing GTM Engineering team including leaders and senior engineers.
• Own capacity planning, staffing, and utilization across engagements and pre-sales pipeline.
• Partner with Sales on pre-sales strategy, scoping, pricing, and enterprise SOW reviews.
