Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a GTM Engineer III within Professional Services to independently own technical solution design and hands-on build work for defined workstreams in enterprise engagements.

You will translate go-to-market objectives into scalable, operational solutions at the intersection of GTM strategy, data, and automation, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to pre-sales scoping.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into technical/workflow solutions.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environments.
• Strong discovery, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct business and technical discovery with customer stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into solution designs, configurations, and implementation plans.
• Design and build workflows, data flows, and automations within the product ecosystem.
• Configure and implement solutions across product capabilities with moderate oversight.
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot solutions prior to launch with quality checks.
• Develop solution documentation and architecture diagrams for assigned scope.
• Facilitate sessions with business and technical stakeholders to align on solutions.
• Support pre-sales discovery, scoping, and proposal development with senior team members.
• Establish success criteria and validation approaches with the engagement lead.
• Assist customer launch, enablement, and transition activities for completed workstreams.
