Job summary

Olympus Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join the Global Strategy & Operations within Medical & Scientific Affairs. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to improve operational performance.

The role requires 4+ years of PM experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Visio. Hybrid work with Center Valley, PA and Westborough, MA locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 4+ years of project/program management experience with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in medical/technical writing and change management is preferred.
• Knowledge of PM methods, change management, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support continuous process excellence within MSA.
• Define project scope, objectives, and resources with SMEs.
• Predict and manage resources; track costs and schedule.
• Provide stakeholder updates on strategy and progress.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Develop process feasibility and harmonized global processes.
• Document process maps, quality docs, and training materials.
