Job summary

Pharmavise Corporation seeks an Associate Project Manager for the Medical Device sector on a hybrid schedule ( Minnetonka, MN / Marlborough, MA ). You will lead sustaining projects within the Urology PM team, partnering with R&D, regulatory, and operations to ensure execution aligned with business goals.

The role requires 4–5+ years of PM experience, cross-functional leadership, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 15% may be required; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Project Management, or Business.
• 4 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Project management experience leading cross functional teams.
• Project management experience managing project scope, schedule and budget, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong cross-functional communication, team building, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate must be comfortable communicating and/or presenting in front of all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining projects on the Urology Project Management team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and internationally to drive projects critical to growth and continuity.
• Interface with R&D, marketing, clinical, medical safety, design quality, regulatory affairs, process development and operations.
• Create cohesive project execution strategy and drive timely completion.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates to management.
• Identify resources, develop budgets, allocate resources, and manage timelines.
