Olympus Corporation is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager for the Global Strategy & Operations function within Medical & Scientific Affairs. The role drives planning, budget, and execution of cross-functional projects across regions, reporting to the Director of Program Management.

You will collaborate with SMEs, manage contracts, track costs, and advance standardized processes to improve agility and operational performance in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of project/program management experience with cross-functional leadership.
• Proven business process optimization experience.
• Experience in Medical/technical writing, Change management, or Strategic communications is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drives and supports continuous process excellence initiatives as prioritized by MSA leadership.
• Determine and document project scope and objectives with SMEs.
• Predict resources needed and manage resources efficiently.
• Prepare a budget and track costs across the portfolio.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders on strategy and progress.
