Olympus Corporation in Center Valley, PA (and nearby Westborough, MA) seeks a Project Manager to deliver tech-enabled change projects end-to-end. You will own schedules, budgets, governance, and stakeholder communications, coordinating internal teams and 3rd parties.

The role emphasizes value delivery and risk management within a hybrid work model. Required are a bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business, 3–5 years PM experience in IT, and solid software development understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or Business Management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Proven track record of successfully driving and delivering end-to-end large complex IT solutions/projects.
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software and system development.
• Experience in stakeholder management and project/process management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology scope on time and within budget.
• Drive value-based outcomes through the full project lifecycle from initial analysis to post-deployment.
• Own and maintain the project plan with key activities, outputs, and dependencies.
• Own the project financials (forecasting, budgeting) and resource model.
• Identify and onboard resources required to deliver the project scope and coordinate day-to-day activities.
