Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Project Manager to lead tech-enabled change initiatives across the organization, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and robust governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, driving value-based outcomes and maintaining clear sponsor communications.

The role supports a hybrid work model with a base in Center Valley, PA, and requires a solid IT project background, stakeholder management, and strong budgeting

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Management.
• 3–5 years of PM experience in IT.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end large IT solutions/projects.
• Solid technical background with software/system development exposure.
• Experience negotiating and managing project/process.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Project, Word, Excel).
• Strong planning, budgeting and resource-management skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technology scope on time and within budget.
• Drive value-based outcomes across full lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Own and maintain the project plan, outputs and dependencies.
• Own project financials (forecasting/budget) and resource model.
• Onboard resources and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Track/mitigate risks and issues; manage assumptions/dependencies.
• Communicate progress and project health to sponsors.
• Establish regular governance cadence for delivery.
• Participate in PM community and establish guidelines.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
