Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to oversee large-scale trials in a hybrid work model (Massachusetts and Pennsylvania). The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH, and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end trial operations, risk management, and mentorship of CPM staff, with opportunities for professional development within a connected culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in health sciences.
• Minimum 12 years of clinical trial management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, scope, and timelines.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and influence teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and related guidelines.

Mansioni

• Lead operational execution of complex clinical trials from start-up to closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional study teams and ensure milestones are met.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, and CROs with accountability for performance.
